Three Course Wiener Schnitzel Menu
€120 per person – including Prosecco to welcome you and Austrian wines to accompany dinner.
- Beef Broth with Semolina Dumplings
- Wiener Schnitzel with Austrian style Potato Salad
- and Apple Strudel with Vanilla Sauce for Dessert.
A lesson in Viennese Kraftsuppe (Strength Soup) a flavorful, clear Beef Broth that provides what you need to carry on. It is the perfect foil for one of the many soup garnishes Austria has to offer. For our class we’ll learn to make what every good Austrian cook must master – Grießnockerl (Semolina Dumplings).
All potato salads are not created equal and we will show you the tips for making the best Austrian style. It is the perfect accompaniment to the Wiener Schnitzel – pounded Veal Steak breaded and fried to a golden brown.
