Open Event: Three-Course Schnitzel Menu on Feb 28 at 4pm

This hands-on Three-Course Schnitzel Menu class takes place in the private home of Chef-instructor Vanessa in Vienna’s 3rd district.

We’ll make our introductions with a glass of prosecco and then get started making our menu:

  • Semolina Dumpling Soup – “Grießnockerlsuppe”
  • Viennese Wiener Schnitzel from veal with a classic warm potato salad and garnishes
  • Hand-pulled apple strudel with vanilla sauce
  • Austrian wine with dinner and coffee, tea, mineral water or juice as you like
