In our food and wine pairing focused classes, you’ll find just that opportunity, in the expert hands of sommelier and culinary professional, Barbara.

We are very lucky to have Barbara teaching classes for us. Her experience includes a number of years hosting guests in the sky, after which she decided to turn her talents to teaching young people the art of cooking and corporate hospitality. As a professional sommelier and home economics teacher, she can look back on decades of well-trained, successful students. Now, she would love to welcome you as well, to the renowned world of Austrian culinary arts and wines.
