Although not unique to Vienna, Schnitzel has become almost synonymous with Austrian cooking.
Together we will explore the classic Viennese Schnitzel, Zwiebelrostbraten and Cordon bleu, accompanied by their typical side dishes: parsley potatoes and salad with Austrian dressing.
As we sample our dishes, we will taste two unique wines that complement the meal perfectly:
Zierfandler and Rotgipfler, two indigenous wines, growing in Lower Austria.
- Duration: 4hrs
- Location: The class takes place in the apartment of our culinary instructor in Vienna’s 19th district “Döbling”. (About 15-20 mins from the city center)
